During the first term we have an athletics day at the local stadium with fun sports activities for families to participate in with their children. The aim of this day is to teach children about sportsmanship and also provide an opportunity for parents to become involved with their child’s school program and meet other parents.
During the second term we host a grandparent’s day at the school. The aim of this day is to show appreciation for our grandparents and the special part they play in our young children’s lives. It is also aimed at providing a day for grandparents and their grandchildren to spend some quality time together in a fun way.
Our most precious art pieces made throughout the year by our young and creative artists will be displayed once a year for all to admire.
Our annual concert is the highlight of our year. We come together to conclude the year with song and dance in exciting, theme related costumes. Our Gr. R learners are given the opportunity to dramatize the chosen story for the year.
